Whatever your reason for visiting Newby Hall, from a day out with the children
to a corporate event or wedding, you will find a wide selection of first-rate
facilities.
Disabled Parking
A designated parking area for blue badge holders is available in the main gravel
car park, near to the Entrance Pavilion.
Meeting Points
We suggest that you use the Enterance Pavilion as a meeting point for people
who have travelled separately or have become separated from their group.
First Aid
Please ask a member of staff for assistance.
Loan of Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs for use in the Gardens and Grounds are available to borrow from the
Entrance Pavilion on a first come, first served basis. To reserve a wheelchair
please telephone the Estate Office between 11.00am - 5.00pm on 01423 322583
Dogs
Dogs are not allowed into the Gardens or Woodland. There is a designated dog
walking area next to the picnic area. We advise that you do not bring your pet
on hot days. We cannot guarantee parking in shaded areas.
Toilets
Accessible toilet facilities are available in the main gravel car park at the
start of the Woodland Walk, at the Restaurant and next to the Children's Railway
Shop.
Restaurant & Gift Shop
Both the Garden Restaurant and the Gift Shop are wheelchair friendly.
Picnics
Picnics can be consumed in the picnic area only. This is adjacent to the carpark
and is serviced with toilets and a refreshment kiosk open during busy times.
