Covid19 Ticketing arrangements

All visitors to Newby must have pre-purchased tickets

 

We are now open Wednesday to Sunday for pre-booked ticket holders, so please follow the instructions and pre-purchase or validate your ticket.
Please note that the dancing water jets remain closed until we are able to reopen them safely.

  • Newby Season Ticket Holders will be able to apply their membership details at the checkout stage
  • For newly purchased season tickets use TMP**** reference as the membership number
  • Historic House members will be able to apply their membership details at the checkout stage
  • YGHCG cardholders will confirm they will bring their card on the day of the visit at the checkout stage
  • Y30 members will confirm they will bring their card on the day of the visit at the checkout stage
  • Complimentary day passes, Stray FM and Minster FM, MAX cards and “carers come free” will confirm they will bring their voucher details on the day of the visit at the checkout stage using the drop down menu
  • Children under 4 years old are admitted FOC and don’t need a ticket

Please note that season tickets that were valid in April or May 2020 have had a 2 month extension automatically added.

Ice Creams, snacks and drinks will be available from our Railway Shop as well as delicious hot and cold take away food from the Restaurant.

 

 

Event tickets will be valid for the corresponding event in 2021 or refunded.  Please email sales@newbyhall.com requesting the refund with your name, date of purchase and reference number.

 

Day tickets purchased prior to Covid-19 will not be valid and will be refunded.  Please email sales@newbyhall.com requesting the refund with your name, date of purchase and reference number.
