Highlight: The "Versailles" House

Our newest addition is "Versailles" also known as “The One That Got Away”.

  • The Backstory: Built by master miniaturists Kevin Mulvany and Susan Rogers, it is based on the 1950s French apartment building where Caroline Hamilton's parents lived.
  • A Lasting Legacy: This deeply personal masterpiece was Caroline’s favourite miniature. Following her passing, her family gifted the house to Newby Hall to fulfil her wish of keeping the entire collection permanently on display together.
